1) We do not accept cancellation after payment.
2) Before we send out the items, we have checked properly for the condition of the items. We do not responsible on any damage or lost of the items.
3) If you want to have secured delivery, we suggest you to take Pos Laju. If you want cheaper delivery, you may take Pos Ekspress as shipping method. We will email you the track number once it has been shipped and we will not responsible for any loss of items during transit.
4) If the items haven't shipped, you may request to change other colors which the price is the same or lesser than the original item price.
5) We do not refund if you pay more than the total price, thus, you are advised to pay the exact amount.
6) We may provide COD (Cash-On-Delivery) at selected place only at our convenience.
